Graphics Designer (Freelance)
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Location: Remote
Overview of Graphic Designer
HealthCorps, Inc., is currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses strong design experience and will be able to take broad concepts and create mainly digital content. They will also oversee consistent branding company-wide and working with photo and video materials. They will have the opportunity to share creative input about website, social media, and branding designs and concepts as well.
Responsibilities of Graphic Designer
- Assist in creating and editing graphics (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) for upcoming projects as assigned.
- Curating content and brainstorming with the team for most engaging posts.
- Ensure uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities.
- Reaching out internally for marketing and design materials.
- Assist in streamlining the website design.
- Ability to work on-schedule with multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist in photo and video shooting and editing as needed.
- Assist with administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere; a must.
2. Experience with Photoshop and Canva; a plus.
3. Creative eye with understanding of typography, color, and visual identity.
4. Self-motivated and comfortable working on solo projects.
5. Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks.
6. Experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint at intermediate to expert level.
7. Have your own laptop with Adobe Creative Suite.
8. Illustration skills, a plus.
9. Strong writing and editorial skills; a plus.
10. Photography experience; a plus.
