Become an expert on our electronic health record and be able to provide initial and on-going training on the system and related applications Onboarding providers to our system Serve as the primary point of contact for our network of therapists ensuring that every therapist is delighted Answer therapist questions in a timely manner through effective problem solving and troubleshooting issues Communicate with therapists via phone, email, and video calls Collaborate with care coordination and billing teams to resolve certain questions Develop processes to streamline support Take an account management approach to growing our provider network and keeping Requirements
Required Qualifications:
1 year of customer support or similar experience Bachelor’s degree required Experience at a healthcare or technology company Previous experience with EMR/EHR system implementation or support Account management experience Experience working with product / software development Outstanding customer service skills, including the ability to interact with all types and skill levels of individuals Exceptional levels of kindness, professionalism, and promptness Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative is required.
