We are currently looking for full-time and part-time staff members to be a part of the Vacation Specialist Team.

Looking for Professional Team Players who are seeking a rewarding and fun career in the tourism industry. Experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic and positive self-motivation required.

The Vacation Specialist must be sales-oriented and enjoy helping families select vacations. It’s an amazing business and can be very rewarding for the individual who loves people and challenges.

Job Duties Include:

• Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations, confirmations, requests, and client questions.
• Explain additional products, services, and travel guidelines as requested.
• Sell, process, and input reservations using selling techniques and strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of current events, activities, TSA, and CDC guidelines.
• Provide clients with appropriate check in- check out information
• Assist customers with issues and complaints, with empathy and a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience:

· Previous customer service and reservations experience preferred.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

· Positive interpersonal skills required.

· Excellent computer and data input skills are required.

· Previous call-center experience preferred.

· Excellent listening and comprehension skills required.

Location:

• Fully Remote

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred. Must speak fluent English. Multiligual a plus.

• Efficient data entry skills needed to input customer reservations.
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with clients.
• Reading and writing abilities are utilized often.
• Basic math skills are used frequently.
• Problem-solving, reasoning, negotiating and training abilities are often used.
• Must be a peoples person and team player.
