The Challenge

The Sr. Manager of Partner Marketing will be regarded as a trusted business advisor who has deep digital marketing knowledge and expertise to design and execute demand generation programs with ActionIQ’s partner ecosystem. The individual will craft high-impact communication programs that tie back ActionIQ and Partner business goals. You will need to be curious, tenacious and relationship-driven and have the ability to thrive in the Customer Data Platform’s complex and technical environment.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven, integrated marketing strategies with ActionIQ partners that contribute to building pipeline, revenue, and ActionIQ brand awareness
  • Develop amp; oversee marketing tactics across several functional areas of the marketing mix including: digital amp; social marketing, public relations, joint collateral, thought leadership and sales materials, and events.
  • Maintain ActionIQ’s social media presence on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms as it pertains to the ActionIQ’s Partner Ecosystem
  • Create compelling content such as web pages, joint collateral and other written copy for use in joint campaigns and/or other communications.
  • Track, monitor, follow-up and report timely results of demand generation programs to present to Alliance Management, Alliances Directors and Partner teams weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Manage against departmental budgets and partner MDF budgets
  • Utilize expertise in ActionIQ solution portfolio strengths, functionality, and the competition in order to to devise amp; execute demand generation programs together with partners

Requirements

  • Business to business marketing and communications experience with Enterprise Software provider or Systems Integrator
  • Preferred previous experience in partner marketing role at SI, Digital Agency or ISV
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, knowledge of digital marketing strategies, expertise in alliance programs management
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical, time management, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent project and partner management abilities
  • Ability to respond quickly to changing demands and market conditions
  • Commitment to teamwork and ability to operate in a matrix management environment
  • Proof of writing experience for campaign materials (i.e. emails, slide decks, summaries, abstracts, etc.) may be solicited
  • BA degree, or equivalent
