We are looking to add a multi-tenant wood or steel frame Architectural Project Lead to our team in our Dallas, TX office. You will be working with a team of 1-2 design professionals while overseeing the architectural design of 1-2 projects
Responsibilities
- Plans, directs and supervises architectural aspects of design or construction projects
- Develops, organizes, and reviews building plans
- Will be working daily with Senior Design Partners and Senior Design Manager
- Spends a significant portion of time consulting with clients in an office setting, as well as in the field to interact with engineers, contractors, and construction personnel
- Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex issues and supervisory approval on proposed project plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture
- Work history meets all requirements for registration
- Pursuit of documentation and testing for professional licensing, if not currently held
- AutoCAD or Revit skills required
