Job Description:
Club Feast is growing rapidly and we are looking for a seasoned talent acquisition coordinator to help build out our organization. You'll use data and creativity to develop strategies to bring in the highest caliber of talent through sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Ultimately, you will help keep our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be an instrumental part of scaling our hyper-growth organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting for primarily 2 teams Sales (Restaurant facing) and Growth
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver quality assessments and ensure a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
- Create strategic plans to source top-caliber candidates for each role
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates
- Take initiative and create job descriptions with hiring managers by understanding the required skills and background, the impact of the role, and the ideal fit to the team and company
- Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
- Build and implement creative diversity and inclusion hiring strategies
- Craft and update job descriptions, Prepare job offer letters
- Organize and maintain confidential candidate data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases and HRIS System
- Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback
- Perform background and reference checks
- Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)

- Experience scaling a start-up team
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a full-cycle recruiter, HR Assistant or Talent Acquisition Assistant in fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience hiring across multiple teams.
- Strong technical sourcing capabilities with proven track record of engaging passive candidates and building diverse pipelines.
- A data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Clear communication, structured thinking, organization and project management skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular), and resume databases
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
