The 365 Holdings Human Resources Director is responsible for bringing the people together that will accomplish this.
Team and Culture first. 365 Holdings is hiring an HR Director that aims to ensure we uphold this piece of our Corporate Value chain each minute, of every day. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resource responsibilities within both our office and warehouse setting. This candidate should be a creative thinker that wants the opportunity to put their own touch to things. They should be thrilled to plan, implement and evaluate HR programs and practices.
The ideal candidate will not only be a strong communicator, but recruiter. The organization has been growing quickly over the past year and is excited to have an HR Professional in place that enjoys the recruitment aspect of sourcing and recruiting new team members to our team.
This position requires excellent coaching and development, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. The position resides in Akron Ohio, and is an onsite role.
