We are experiencing tremendous growth in new brands joining Wolf amp; Badger, and our goal is to help them grow their businesses by leveraging our platform tools to the fullest and optimizing their presence on the marketplace. The Brand Success Manager will play a vital leadership role within our broader brands team, contributing to strategy and execution that drives brand adoption, health, growth, and retention. This is a new role/function, and the successful candidate will play a critical part during this exciting next stage of scaling.

This role is located at our US HQ in SoHo, Manhattan.


What You’ll Do
  • Work with leadership to execute and evolve the success strategy for the team - increasing brand adoption, growth and retention
  • Train, coach and develop our existing and new team members to achieve success goals
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key success metrics and trends to the team and hold weekly meetings with the team to ensure KPIs are being met
  • Refine the success strategy, process, and tactics to improve performance
  • Collaborate with the Product/Tech team to help drive forward the roadmap for the development of the brands dashboard and tools to further enhance success
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives with other teams such as Merchandising, Marketing, Content, Events and Community Support
  • Present key success initiatives and findings to senior leadership, advocating for resources as applicable
  • Use a brand-centric mindset to drive improvement in our products and ideate new innovative ideas/approaches/processes and bring them to fruition

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, including at least 1 year of people management experience, ideally with a retail/ecommerce/marketplace platform or similar tech platform focused on small to medium sized customers/brands
  • Highly empathetic with strong desire to help independent, sustainable fashion, design and beauty brands be successful
  • Willingness to roll-up-sleeves as well as play oversight and strategic role
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, organizational, listening, and communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience with success metrics and managing yourself and/or others to drive to these metrics
  • Knowledge and experience with sales, onboarding and/or success processes
  • Knowledge and experience with a CRM (we use Hubspot)
  • Analytical and data driven - can define KPIs and measure progress/success for your initiatives
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-growth environment
