5. Project background (what will this project accomplish for the business): This role will be responsible for supporting Epic Grand Central and Prelude Applications. The appropriate support of the Epic go live for Grand Central and Prelude during our Missouri Baptist/Memorial go live is required for the successful implementation of the Epic1 Enterprise Program
6. How many hours per week are needed? 40
7. What shift (hours you need filled) will this position work? 6:00-6:00 Monday-Friday (Days and Nights)
8. Are there any shift requirements (e.g. every other weekend, on-call, etc.) needed for this position? Yes
9. Are 10 hour days available? Not preferred

13. Please list the day to day responsibilities for this position (attach a job description if you have one): The primary responsibility will be managing Service Now tickets and coordinating build of Grand Central and Prelude as needed. The candidate will collaborate with IT application managers and Epic1 project managers to ensure work is planned, owned, and progressing according to plan.
14. What are the required skills and technology requirements for this position? Please list number of years’ experience required for each and list level as basic, intermediate or advanced. Epic Grand Central and Prelude experience/2 years/Intermediate, Excel/Basic experience, Outlook 365/Basic. Clinical applications and Cogito experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
15. What personal traits are you looking for? Knowledgeable in Epic configuration and Grand Central/Prelude workflows to improve process efficiency. Must be able to research build options, and present them to end users
