Job Description

THE ROLE

Go1 is the largest e-learing provider in the world on an impressive growth trajectory. We are in search of a Senior Content Partner Success Manager to drive strategic value for the organisation by managing and onboarding our top tier Content Partners. The role will be responsible for delivering success for both Go1 and its Content Partners by securing long term commercial agreements.

Success in this role would mean that Go1 has built a competitive moat and that our Partners are dedicated to working with Go1, providing us with full access to their libraries that have regular updates. This would result in Go1 being able to continue to scale getting us closer to our goal of reaching 1 billion learners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overall account management for the book of partners under management
  • Manage internal GO1 stakeholders to guide partners through the enablement process
  • Work collaboratively with other parts of the partner function to drive success
  • Work with distribution partners to enable GO1 ARR from these partners and generate consistent leads
  • Proven experience in partnership, sales, marketing or business development
  • Existing relationships / strong network within the HRIS/LMS/Saas Technology industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, explanatory, persuasion, negotiation)
  • Good knowledge of or experience with CRM and reporting tools
  • High ability to empathize and be able to communicate to all levels of the business, on the phone, email, chat, and in person
  • An ability to open and convert sales/upsell opportunities with partners
  • Experience in contract negotiation

Requirements

About You:
You will be a self starter who is extremely driven and have proven experience within account management or business development. You will love being multi functional, wearing plenty of hats as you juggle the needs of your partners. You will also have the ability to communicate to all levels of the business and co ordinate across technology, marketing and sales to drive outcomes for both Go1 and your partners. You will have a high degree of commercial acumen and understand how to construct conversations in relation to royalties and distribution.

You will also love your partners, providing our sales and product teams with information on their catalogues and how they should be sold.

You will have;
