We're looking for a proven, self-motivated, intelligent candidate with sales experience to fill the position of Commercial Real Estate Agent. To thrive in this role you’ll need to have excellent people skills, superior negotiation skills, a strong work ethic and an ability to see the big picture while keeping track of the details. The right candidate will flourish in a collaborative team environment and have the drive to do what it takes to become a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure conduct is aligned with Menlo Group core values
  • Work tirelessly to serve the best interests of clients
  • Build and execute strategy for assigned territory
  • Prospect and generate opportunities to represent clients in commercial real estate transactions
  • Build robust pipeline of opportunities and move them through various stages of deal process
  • Load and update deals in CRM/pipeline management software
  • Learn and utilize unique proprietary process and tools designed to successfully guide clients through transactions
  • Draft, review and edit legal documents and agreements related to commercial real estate transactions
  • Work with assigned Transaction Manager to ensure clients are consulted/informed and deals move efficiently to closing
  • Closely track progress and activities of listings and provide reports to various stakeholders
  • Track daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators
  • Meet minimum annual production targets

Requirements

  • Active Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years of sales experience with track record of success
  • Comfortable using technology extensively
  • Commercial real estate experience a plus
