Job Description
Republic Refrigeration, Inc. is actively seeking a Insulated Metal Panel Superintendent (Nationwide).

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing all onsite activities related to the installation of insulated metal panels used in commercial and industrial refrigeration. Provide overall direction for field installation of assigned projects, own direct responsibility for field labor, labor coordination, quality control and safety on assigned projects.
Qualifications:
- Experienced as a Superintendent or Foreman with proven supervision and management of employees in the area of cold storage construction projects industrial or commercial.
- Supervise and coordinate work activities for field personnel, ensure services provided meet quality standards and scheduling demands.
- Lays out work for subordinate supervisors and lead persons, and is jointly responsible with the Project Manager for having material, tools, equipment, information and appropriate manpower in the proper place in a timely fashion
- Evaluate work in progress to ensure insulation services performed meet scheduling, budget and quality standards.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings and plans; confirm that construction drawings and spec agree with contract scope.
- Provide quality assurance measures by inspecting, examining and testing installed insulated metal panels.
- Maintain current understanding and knowledge of building codes and regulation governing inspections and construction practices.
- Maintain necessary records for all onsite personnel and project files including employee timesheets, daily reports, official forms, construction documents, sketches, submittals, etc.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to listen.
- Communicate effectively with all necessary individuals, including keeping the team well informed of all potential jobsite issues.
- Able to cultivate and build relationships with the customers to encourage repeat and referral business
- Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations according to OSHA standards.
- Must be a Road Warrior able to travel nationwide up to 90% (Required).
Requirements
- Experience working with industrial refrigeration thermal products such as pipe and vessel insulation to insulated panel construction, preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of the principals of cold storage construction.
- Safety-minded and thorough knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
- Experience and demonstrated skills with Microsoft office and internet usage.
- Ability to utilize judgment to make decisions, independently.
- Initiative, self-motivated, self-starter able to handle dynamic, evolving and fast-paced workload.
- Skillful listener with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
