This position is responsible for providing administrative support to Sales Account Managers and Key Account Coordinators.
- Prepare customer program set-up spreadsheets, quotation sheets, and data entry into customer portals as required to secure customer orders
- Maintain Key Account files including price lists, product information and inventory on hand
- Prepare program spreadsheets; serve as liaison between Product Development/Design teams and Account Manager to ensure smooth progress on custom programs
- Check customer orders as received for accuracy, communicating any corrections needed prior to handoff to Order Management
- Problem-solve with Sales and Order Management on purchase order issues
- Order customer tickets when needed
- Manage sample storage area and showroom maintenance (must be able to lift 20 - 25 lbs)
- Assist Account Managers with all meeting preparation
- Request and ship customer sample requests
- Assist in running selling reports for various accounts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, sales or administrative support
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be able to lift 20 - 25 lbs
