Job Description

Administration (60%):

  • Schedule and maintain President/CEO professional and personal calendars
  • Arrange travel for President/CEO and staff members
  • Coordinate, control and file the companies confidential and legal files
  • Coordinate site logistics for meetings, conferences, trade shows and annual customer gift program
  • Assist with front desk/reception (answering phones, admitting site visitors, maintaining office supplies)
  • Manage and drive employee engagement programs
  • Provide administrative support for other departments, as needed
  • Write engaging copy for social, website, advertising, customer communications, and internal emails
  • Assist Design team with creating photo, graphic, and video content for web and social
  • Assist Marketing Manager with semi-annual marketing audits of website, communications, and marketing collateral
  • Manage marketing physical inventory
  • Flawless and highly organized executive administration skills with experience in business administration
  • Strong interpersonal skills with keen situational awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Project management experience
  • Self-starter and independent learner
  • Strong creative writing skills required; experience in food/beverage writing a plus
  • Experience with creating and managing business profiles on major social platforms required; LinkedIn experience highly desirable
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and videoconferencing platforms (Zoom) required
  • Basic to advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, and/or After Effects) highly desirable
  • B.S. Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing
  • Graphic design and/or videography experience highly desirable
  • Relevant work experience in lieu of degree will be considered with a minimum of 3 years of applicable experience.

Marketing (40%):
