About the Role
To support our ambitious growth, we are looking for passionate, commercial and ambitious individuals to help us grow ESPA as a Sales Manager. You will lead the business development in the Americas. You will be in charge of establishing a retail presence with key luxury partners for ESPA and lay the grounds of a successful retail launch. You will build and implement strong strategic business plans with each retailer and ensure profitability for the business. You will work closely with the Sales Director and VP of the Americas to align on all initiatives, new product launch strategy, visual merchandising and copy optimization. You will build strong relationships with key accounts, monitoring performances versus expected growth and report against set KPI in line with budget targets.

Overnight travel: rare (less than 10%)

Reports to: Vice President of ESPA, Americas.
Job Responsibilities:
SALES MANAGEMENT (50%)
You will be the main point of contact for national accounts including only luxury beauty players, department stores (Saks, Neiman Marcus, etc.) and online pure players (Net A Porter, Dermstore, B-Glowing, etc.)
OPERATIONS (30%)
You will partner with the Ops team to make sure forecasts are accurate and our DC and our retailers are fully stocked:
