What we are looking for:
As the leader of the Analytics and Insights team, you are the expert on everything data. You use it to build reporting that drives action, you use it to draw insights to uncover opportunities, and you turn data into smart decisions that help us grow. And you are ALWAYS ahead of the curve, making sure our data is accessible, insightful, and that it’s not just data for data’s sake. We are trying to reinvent the world, and you help bring insights and analytics to help us do it.
Responsibilities:
- Align key business performance indicators with analytical solutions that enable leaders to have the actionable insight needed to manage the business
- Own the architecture, development, and maintenance of scalable solutions for ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc.
- Manage a virtual team and help them unlock the potential for growth of the business
- Develop analytics and reporting roadmaps and manage the data organization to implement the roadmap.
- Oversee and manage the work of the department. Mentor and encourage the team’s ongoing development.
- Design Data amp; Analytics Infrastructure to support and sustain future organizational growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of work experience with data analysis
- 5+ years of proven Leadership experience
- Working knowledge of PowerBI, Salesforce, and other analytics platforms
- Ability to lead the organization in managing the data in a complex enterprise system landscape, including data governance and quality.
- Strong technical background, experience working with a large amount of data, excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record in driving commercial outcomes through data and analytics capabilities.
