**This is a part time, virtual / 100% remote position based in the U.S.**
The work hours will be primarily nights and weekends as late as 11 PM EST

What you will do:
- Responsible for sending email broadcasts (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Update WordPress Landing Pages with videos, images and copy
- Responsible for creating and sending SMS and MMS communications
- Support internal communications workflow as needed
- Support live events, workshops, webinars and sponsorship programming
- Work with the Marketing Operations team to ensure all communications are effectively QC’d before sending to insure accuracy
- Responsible for handling tech support of all HCI workshops and webinars (Nights and Weekends as late as 11 PM EST)
Requirements
- Must have experience supporting webinars and live events
- Experience updating web pages (images, videos and copy)
- Excellent at creating and sending SMS and MMS communications
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
