Job Purpose/Background
The Senior Manager of Business Operations will strategize, plan, implement and manage critical functions for the Operations team and for the entire company. The selected individual will have a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies and devising new systems to improve business processes. Greenbacker is currently in a rapid growth phase and is looking for someone that has a proven track record in designing and implementing new processes to streamline workflows and maximize productivity. The Senior Manager of Business Operations will also lead a small team that initially will be responsible the following core business functions:
This will involve building an office admin scope for each office in collaboration with our VP of
Human Resources, creating policies and procedures, and ensuring each office has exceptional
support.
communicating policy changes, customer outreach, and maintaining an active customer contacts
directory.
retrieving documents from data rooms, keeping internal data rooms up to date during transactions,
managing document flow during construction, managing newly executed documents, coordinating
naming functions, and supporting the company’s conversion to Sharepoint from Box.com.

construction, and tracking spare parts inventory for all Greenbacker sites.
After the Business Operations group has successfully implemented the above responsibilities new areas of focus will be given to this individual and the team they build. Once fully onboarded and familiar with Greenbacker’s business, it will be expected that the Senior Manager of Business Operations will independently identify and prioritize the projects that their team takes on based on the project’s potential to positively impact and optimize business operations.
