Job Description

Mapistry is looking for a motivated Demand Generation Specialist to help us drive awareness and interest for our EHS software. We are looking for a self-starter with a can-do work ethic who is passionate about marketing, content, and accelerating sales pipeline and revenue growth.

This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will focus on creating content, building drip campaigns and other demand generation programs to drive qualified leads and sales opportunities. The ideal person for this role is a strong executor who can own a marketing campaign from start to finish and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. What You’ll Do

  • Tell the Mapistry story by writing/creating content of various types, including emails, landing pages, webinars, eBooks, case studies, and blog posts
  • Own and execute all aspects of our demand generation campaigns including content development, landing page creation in Wordpress, and campaign operations in Pardot, our marketing automation tool (including list-building, segmentation, drip journey creation, form creation, etc.)
  • Proactively build and enrich our contact database using Zoominfo to maximize the reach and impact of our campaigns
  • Analyze and report results from demand generation campaigns and make recommendations to continually improve metrics including open rates, CTR, and MQL to SQL conversion rates, etc.
  • Create and own targeted drip campaigns that engage, nurture and accelerate leads through the funnel; continuously test and optimize performance to improve conversion rates from leads, to interest, to opportunities
  • Identify new email marketing strategies to ensure that the most effective offers, copy, and creative are incorporated into campaigns and deliver a compelling message.
  • Continuously grow the sales funnel with high quality leads from Mid-market to Enterprise companies
  • Partner with the SDR team to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up according to established SLAs; build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience building and executing demand generation programs (email - marketing and sales, drip nurture campaigns, developing eBooks, creating landing pages, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience and proven results in developing effective email marketing campaigns
  • Experience with marketing automation tools required (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, etc.); Pardot strongly preferred.
  • Experience with lead scoring and nurturing campaigns
  • Proven effectiveness with communicating campaigns to sales teams
  • Ability to write and design effectively for engagement and conversion across email, landing pages, landing pages, case studies, blogs, eBooks, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
  • You are self-motivated and resourceful; You have the ability to excel within ambiguity, pivot, and problem-solve quickly
  • Solid skills in developing presentation slides in PowerPoint (or Google Slides)
