Vesta Account Executives(AE’s) are the backbone of Vesta’s B2B business development, account management and client retention functions.
AE’s are the primary face of Vesta for all agents, brokers, developers, investors and sellers/homeowners.
As a member of our team in this role, you will have the opportunity to visit, design and help sell some of the prestigious homes in Real Estate today, Helping agents and sellers maximize their return on the sale.
Our AE’s are more than just salespeople, they are relationship managers with a combination of design skill, real estate understanding as well as tenacious negotiation skills needed to win in the market.

Our AE’s need to follow the same path, becoming leaders in the field and known to all their clients as a trusted partner and resource. Additionally we want our sales team focused on market dominance, we can compete with any firm in the space, and we expect our AE’s to drive aggressive top line revenue growth.
Requirements
Responsibilities include:
- Develop Vesta Brand awareness and penetration into new markets and segments
- Act as the primary B2B client engagement owner for Vesta’s staging and design clients.
- Drive sales pipeline by dedicated outbound sales focus including cold outreach, networking, client presentations, and social media.
- Manage a sales quota based on market/segment opportunity.
- Cross-sell Vesta’s full suite of products and services, including multi-family, Interior design as well as in-home furniture sales and retail products. With specific growth targets.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of luxury brand sales experience preferably staging sales, project management and or interior design
- Must have strong negotiation skills and be able to discuss cost, scope and expectations with potential clients, and covert these details into a proposal and contract agreement.
- Must understand real estate sales, and general market conditions. Able to effectively leverage this knowledge into creating a value proposition with clients for vesta’s staging services
- Technology competent, able to leverage a sales CRM, design software, and Vesta website to create a truly new experience in design and staging for our clients
