KIPP schools are tuition-free, public charter schools open to all students. OPPORTUNITY
As the Senior Manager, Executive Recruitment?, you will partner with KIPP regions to lead effective and equitable end to end executive searches for senior executive vacancies across the KIPP network. On the Network Talent Team, we believe that having the right regional leaders is key to our regions creating joyful, academically excellent schools that prepare students to lead fulfilling lives and build a more just world. In this role, you will have a direct impact on this strategy by identifying the next generation of effective, anti-racist leaders at KIPP. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to racial and educational equity and understand the positive impact of having leaders who understand and share the lived experiences of our KIPPsters.
In this role, you will:
The Senior Manager, Executive Recruitment reports to the Senior Director, Regional Leadership Development and manages the executive recruitment function at the KIPP Foundation. They are a member of the Network Talent Team and work collaboratively with the KIPP Foundation colleagues and regional leaders, boards, and talent teams to run effective and equitable, end-to-end executive searches.
