YOUR JOB

  • Build, unite and motivate an operations team that fosters a culture of openness and team spirit
  • Have enthusiasm and positive energy that is contagious
  • Cultivate healthy and productive relationships with all levels of leadership across all departments
  • Participate in and conduct regular meetings with all levels of the operations team
  • Collaborate with operations management in the development of performance goals and facilitation of semi-annual performance evaluations.
  • Maximize efficiency, simplicity, and productivity through extensive process analysis and process development and recalibration.
  • You are engaged with all levels of the operations to support employee development at all levels
  • Effectively manage team, prepare work schedules and manage labor to meet operations output and budget goals
  • Manage teams - two weekday shifts (4 days /10 hours each) and two weekend shifts (3 days /13 hours each)
  • Manage temporary labor agencies to staff appropriately for forecasted demand
  • Proactively identify opportunities and risks within each work area and develop action plans to drive progress and improve results
  • Develop, implement and/or recalibrate training programs
  • Have the courage to challenge the norm
  • Manage vendor relationships for supply vendors
  • Promote and enforce safety programs and ensure all policy adherence

Requirements

  • You have several years of hands-on experience with digital direct-to-garment or related screen-printing operations
  • You have the technical aptitude, knowledge and desire to repair complex equipment
  • You understand the importance of data analysis performance metrics using business management software (e.g., SAP, ERP,)
  • You know when and how to reporting and analytical tools (Business Objects, Sequel Database, Microsoft Excel, Access Database)
  • You are self-motivated and enjoy working both independently and with a team
  • You notice the details that matter most to the team, the brand and the business
  • You demonstrate effective analytical skill and make good decisions
  • You effectively manage technical, operational and organizational projects
  • You can perform physical activities such as lifting heavy objects up to 50 pounds in-frequently
  • You have a valid driver’s license
