About the Job

Skilled Market Researcher or Data Scientist? Technically savvy (SPSS, Q, WinCross or similar) with experience in quantitative survey analysis? Looking to use your technical skills but in a different capacity? It’s time to join Displayr’s Customer Success team.

You’ll be joining some of the best and brightest in the data science and market research space in this totally unique role where you will deliver customer-winning demos and successfully onboard new customers via training and Qamp;A sessions. This role will suit someone looking to blend their technical knowledge with their passion for helping others learn and be successful.

Open to being either a full-time or part-time role, you will report to the Head of Customer Success based in London, and your time will be split across the following:

  • Supporting Sales in all technical aspects of selling Displayr and Q
  • Customized demonstrations. This will be done primarily through web meetings
  • Onboarding new customers to make sure they are successful with and getting value from our products
  • Training customers in the use of our apps. This will be done primarily through web meetings
  • Creating engaging content to support the software (e.g. webinars)
  • Adhoc projects to create improvements in our processes and materials

About You

Essential

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in quantitative survey data analysis using either SPSS, Q, WinCross, Survey Desktop Reporter or similar tools
  • Experience working as a hands-on Market Researcher, in Market Research Data Processing or as a Data Scientist
  • BA/BSc in a relevant discipline, e.g. Statistics, Market Research, Psychology, Physics, Maths
  • Able to work business hours in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.

Desirable

  • Experience presenting to customers, prospects or stakeholders via an online meeting platform (Zoom, Webex etc)
  • Experience training new users of technology
  • Experience using R
