Your Title: Administrative Assistant

Your Location: Anywhere within the USA

You Report To: Customer Center Manager

Compensation: $15/hour

We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant for our Customer Service department. This job is a full-time position that will require 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Apply all PayNearMe and Money Gram payments daily
  • Apply all NSF payments daily
  • Register all GPS accounts (when applicable)
  • Gather all Whole Loan Sale accounts when requested
  • Update all new ACH
  • Request Accounting for all refund check and note the accounts accordingly
  • Close all open accounts according to company’s policy
  • Other projects may apply
  • Additional responsibilities and projects on a needed basis may apply

What you bring:

  • AA/AS preferred
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, self-reliant
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel and Outlook
