You’ll bring deep expertise in email campaign management, including messaging, goal-setting, segmentation, and timing as well as campaign optimization and customer database analysis.

TheWe are seeking an experienced CRM Senior Manager who will be a core part of the marketing team work in the Marketing Team to drive customer conversion and retention via email marketing and content. This role will require deep expertise in email campaign management, including messaging, goal-setting, segmentation, and timing as well as campaign optimization and customer database analysis. If successful, the CRM Senior Manager will meaningfully contribute to the growth of Esme Learning by increasing conversion of new student leads and advocacy through ongoing referral and funnel optimization efforts.

This key role will see you as not only an internal expert of the CRM platform (Klaviyo), but also The ideal candidate is a marketer who grasps the fundamentals of marketing including messaging, content, and audience segments. You have a deepwill understanding of our customer base who our customers are and create compelling offers, incentives, and messages that engage consumers accordingly.will view as engaging and value added.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate and activate new and ongoing campaigns to engage prospects, registrants, learners, learner referrals and advocates.
  • Drive the email strategy and implementation that can support growth
  • Be a driving force on the CX team which reports to the Head of Growth
  • Scope, build, deploy and measure multiple campaigns, journeys and workflows in Klaviyo across email, customer support, and advocacy
  • Manage the email marketing calendar and define email content requirements in collaboration with the growth and creative teams.
  • Successfully implement marketing automation across Klaviyo, ZenDesk, Shopify and other marketing technology platforms
  • Understand the dynamics of consumer mindset to provide the right offers at the right times that drive sales and conversion
  • Lead development and execution of the roadmap for a clear testing and learn framework from subject lines to message sequencing to increase growth and conversion
  • Establish, report on, and improve KPIs for all campaigns / communications in order to proactively optimize and develop all CRM programs

Requirements

  • 5-8 years CRM experience in a B2C business
  • Startup experience is a plus
  • Strong working knowledge of digital tools from collaboration to marketing technology stack integration
  • Experience managing a CRM function in a fast paced B2C environment
  • Experience constructing and running A/B test strategies, demonstrating incremental impact of CRM
  • Consumer-centric in one’s thinking
  • Fundamental understanding of marketing including the importance of messaging, audience engagement, and incentives
  • Both highly numerate and savvy with copy
  • Must have experience using at a technical CRM (such as Hubspot, Salesforce or Klaviyo)
  • Must have experience working with databases, data analysis, segmentation and email marketing platforms
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or other related fields
  • A background or interest in education, learning, fintech, technology
