Job Description

We’re looking for a talented and intuitive Onboarding Specialist who will help us achieve our aggressive growth goals.This is a vital role within the company as we continue to scale. We expect the person to develop and maintain relationships with medical offices nationwide, helping to close the sale and train our newest clients. The ideal person for our team is someone who is highly adaptable, that possesses excellent administrative and presentation skills.

The Onboarding Specialist will join RxVantage and help us as we transform how medical practices engage with life science resources and expertise to improve patient care. Trusted by more than 6,000 medical practices and all major life science companies, RxVantage has powered over 5 million educational exchanges between healthcare teams and life science companies.

What you’ll be doing

  • Building office accounts with complete detailed information which connects to our CRM
  • Managing office status, data integrity, and documentation in Salesforce and Outreach
  • Supporting customer success in on-boarding and launching new offices
  • Calling new rep clients when we launch one of their key offices and registering them on the fly
  • Importing rep calendars to newly built RxVantage office accounts
  • Continued follow up post-launch to ensure product usability

Requirements

  • Passion for people amp; proven track record of successfully training clients to use a new system
  • Detailed oriented, highly organized and proactive
  • Experience working as CRM admin or Salesforce knowledge a plus
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Experience working with customers, especially at a high-stakes level
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working with cross functional teams
