Wider Circle is a Silicon Valley healthcare start-up that engages with members of the community to learn how to maintain and improve their health, and outlook on life.

We are now seeking a Program Launcher who is passionate about serving the community and making connections. As a program launch specialist you will work on our Operations team as we scale our program in new markets. This is a short term contract position (approximately 90 days). At Wider Circle we are proud to be a drug free company and the selected candidate must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

• Host networking events for older adults
• Welcome new participants and preview the Connect For Life program
• Facilitate smooth transition of member groups to local neighborhood team
• Follow up with participants as needed

Requirements

• Strong organizational time management skills
• Strong communication skills; previous customer service experience a plus
• Passion for serving others; previous experience working with older adults a plus
• Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks/projects
• Comfort navigating web based tools effectively and efficiently
• A people person: comfort engaging with others in person or via phone
• Reliable transportation a must
