Sustainability Outreach Consultant Job Description

Part-time hourly + commission role $1400-1600 expected weekly earnings, uncapped

The Sustainability Consultant is a critical role in driving continued growth for Quarbon, executing sustainability measures, and gathering customer feedback. Your experience in the field will not only drive results to the bottom line growth, but as an early hire your feedback will be crucial to the continuous development of the product. This is a remote, high commission full-time position. $1400-1600 expected weekly earnings.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by finding and qualifying leads in our direct sales channel, as well as inbound contacts to the website
• Identify key decision-makers, educate them on the benefits of sustainability certification and management
• Cross-sell multiple products from the Impact Toolkit, increasing commission opportunities
• Capture and manage information/data/metrics in CRM system
• Work closely with Business Development Manager to execute on growth plan

Requirements

• New or recent college graduate
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Take detailed notes on interactions
• Call existing businesses to reach out for feedback interviews
• Exceptional interpersonal skills plus strong verbal and written communication skills
• Enthusiastic, reliable, and independent self-starter with strong organizational, decision making, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
• Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed and work as an individual contributor as well as part of a team
• Honest, high level of work ethic and integrity, assertive and strong desire to succeed

Nice to Haves

• Experience in SaaS B2B sales
• Experience using any CRM, Apollo.io
• Passion for sustainability, the environment, renewable energy, social impact strongly preferred
