Job Description
In this role you’ll work alongside our development team, Interactive Project Manager as well as interface with other departments in the company (content, design, strategy, and media) as needed.
You’ll regularly use tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Workamajig. You’ll work on real deliverables and programs as well as ensuring our department runs smoothly and efficiently.
Although this is an entry-level position and training will be provided at the outset, prior knowledge of project management in an agile setting as well as exposure to or general knowledge of web technologies would be helpful.
Key to succeeding in this position is a team-player attitude (and aptitude), as you will be working with a diverse group of individuals with specialized skill sets. The technical and creative support of your team will be critical to your success, even on projects you own. Every project is different and demands different levels of technical skill, time management and creative drive; be ready to explore new and emerging technologies and meet the expectations of clients looking to do the next big thing. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Able to commit at lease 40 hours per week working onsite at our Midtown Houston office
- Passion for project management in a digital agency setting
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure with attention to detail
- Coordination for digital marketing initiatives including websites, mobile apps, interactive experiences, email marketing programs, and more
