Leviathan Core is on a mission to increase the level of professionalism across the influencer industry. We are invested in mutually protecting creators and clients, while elevating both to unprecedented levels of success. We work with brands to create white glove marketing solutions for any point within a product life cycle. That includes early ideation phases, game launches, and even smaller events and feature additions. We are a fully remote team on a quest to prove that creator-driven campaigns are truly the new age of marketing.

Project Leads should be a driven and emotionally intelligent individual to help cultivate our client relations, as well as designing and executing creator activations. The ideal candidate has a heavy level of organization and is a proactive problem solver who is used to maintaining oversight through high levels of documentation and task management. Using Leviathan’s data-informed methodology, they will be responsible for tracking activation performance, coordinating executions across multiple projects, and evolving the relationship between creator and client. They will also be an advocate for creators, constantly searching for promotional opportunities, ideating avenues of growth, and act as an industry knowledgeable resource and guide.

• Work with clients to define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
• Drive communications as the main point of contact for a project campaign and managing both the client relationship and creator interest.
• Report and escalate bandwidth problems to leadership to maintain Leviathan Core’s standard of quality when in need of additional resources.
• Enhance and refine evolving project processes with the Leviathan Core and client teams.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.
• Design, analyze and measure the success of paid activations, and the content being produced within campaigns to drive data-informed optimization and innovation.
• Coordinate with creators to ensure efficient campaign flow by organizing the necessary logistical details as well as the occasional technical problem solving.
• Coordinate internal resources and creators/clients/vendors for the execution of projects.

Requirements

• Experience working with creators in gaming required.
• Familiarity with popular content platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
• Ability to structure clear and concise presentations based off large sets of complex data, and effectively present to internal and external stakeholders with supporting visualizations.
• S-Tier communication skills.
• Friendly and supportive nature.
• Ability to self-organize around new goals and tasks.
• High level of organization, specifically for record keeping.
• Drive to help assist in company growth and evolving processes.
