Job Description
Paradigm is seeking a Senior Information Governance Consultant with exceptional analytical, communication, and management skills. Information governance consultants can expect to help in organizational change management, implement technologies, improve coaching and training procedures, and develop strategies.
Successful candidates will have several years of experience in the field, and a broad knowledge of finance, business administration, or public administration.
Type: 1-Year Contract, Full-Time

As a Senior Information Governance Consultant, you will:
- Help in organizational change management, implement technologies, improve coaching and training procedures, and develop strategies
- Analyze organizational procedures, write reports on findings, guide management through necessary changes, and implement and manage alternative strategies.
- Understand and assess customer compliance requirements as they relate to the deployment of Advanced eDiscovery in Microsoft 365
- Capture level of adoption of the service and corporate structure as it applies to launching the Advanced eDiscovery service and driving adoption of the solution.
- Execute, manage, and lead customers and partners through the customer success workshop and technical onboarding processes.
- Drive adoption and usage across their customer base for the eDiscovery and Records Management compliance workloads
- Establish and oversee the customer's adoption, training, and development to continually drive incremental value and return on the customer's investment.
- Capture and assess impact of key blockers and requirements based on industry requirements and common workflows.
- Track and review blockers with stakeholders in compliance engineering.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors such that all activities are closely aligned with the customer's business strategy, allowing the full potential of their solution to be realized.
- Deliver and report key business metrics to CxE team lead. Analyze areas of improvement for the Customer Success motion and suggest ways to incorporate new ideas and content.
- Analyze areas of improvement for Security amp; Compliance and Modern Management and suggest ways to incorporate new ideas and content.
- Deliver specific security and compliance motions that support the baseline compliance construct using the Enterprise E5 SKUs advanced security and compliance features.
Requirements

- Master's degree in Business Administration preferable.
