We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to be responsible for the routing of reservations to the corresponding Master Account for the processing of the Group’s Invoice and addressing disputes and concerns of clients in a timely fashion. Specific duties include:

High School education is a must and Associated degree/College degree or three years experience as Accounts Receivable. Must have the following: Thorough knowledge in accounting concepts and bookkeeping. Thorough knowledge in accounting concepts and bookkeeping and also have basic math skills. Knowledge of basic Accounts Receivable procedures. Working knowledge to reconcile accounts. Ability to communicate fully in English with all levels of management and co-workers. Spanish will be an advantage. Ability to read and interpret documents and manuals. Ability to create, write and produce correspondence and documents. Ability to speak effectively and professionally before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to communicate effectively with corporate offices, hotel guests and staff.
Work conditions are mainly to work in a fast paced office, it tends to get busy as occupancy grows, or as seasons change.
