Job Description

About WS

Massachusetts-based WS Development is a mixed-use developer with a singular mission: creating places people want to be. WS brings an equal passion for office, lab, residential and hotel, but its roots in retail drive the company’s philosophy that every project begins at the ground level with an active pedestrian experience. With an approach that values art, science, innovation and, above all else, people, WS strives to engage each community it serves with world-class installations and activations. Established in 1990, WS is a vertically integrated company that conceptualizes, owns, operates and leases more than 100 properties that range from cutting-edge urban spaces to suburban lifestyle centers. With over 20 million square feet of existing space and an additional five million square feet under development, it is one of the largest privately-owned development firms in the country.

About Company Operations:

Company Operations works on projects and initiatives that align the WS verticals, helping make us the strongest, smartest, most cohesive, efficient, and well aligned company we can be. The group supports and interacts with each group across the organization, focusing on onboarding; training and developing people; solving pain points by improving processes; and enabling clear and cohesive communication across the company. Our current team is made up of highly collaborative group of individuals who have a true passion for problem solving, driving results, communicating, training and learning.

A successful person in this role will come in and quickly integrate themselves into the wide range of activities that go into onboarding future WS employees, will become familiar with key members of the various departments, and will familiarize themselves with the content and process that goes into onboarding, training, and process improvement projects.
