  • Conduct market research, user testing to understand the best way to communicate our value propositions.

  • Effectively analyze and present data to the team. Proactively identify winning strategies and execute on them based on this data.
  • Hire and manage external contract content writers, graphic designers as needed.
  • End-to-end management of campaigns and initiatives, including developing the strategy, partnering with key stakeholders, developing creatives and assets, tracking, reporting results and ongoing optimization.
  • Lead complex initiatives in a fast-paced ‘startup-like’ environment to drive flawless, on-time execution.

What will you NOT do?

  • You will NOT worry about "runway", "cash left", or "how much time we have until the next round". We have the startup DNA but we're fully backed and funded, all the way to success.
  • You will NOT be confined to your "job". You will get involved in product, marketing, business strategy, and almost everything we do.
  • You will NOT be bogged down by office politics, ego, or bad attitude. Only positive, pleasure-to-work-with people allowed here!
  • You will NOT get yourself burned out. We work hard but we believe in maintaining a sustainable work/life balance. Really.

Requirements

  • At least 2 year of product marketing experience (with a focus on email marketing) in a B2C product with a high volume of users.
