Description

We are looking for a critical thinking problem solver to join Prenda as the Enrollment Operations Support Specialist, providing key operations support on the Enrollment Team. The Prenda Enrollment Team processes all new enrollments, withdrawals, and transfers for Prenda students, coordinating student data transfers and processes with our partner schools. This person will need a high level understanding of the tasks and responsibilities of the Enrollment Team in order to excel at this role. The Enrollment Operations Support Specialist will be a core member of Prenda’s Partners Team and be instrumental in shaping the enrollment experience as Prenda grows and scales its operations.

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in process-oriented roles driving key decisions and process improvements, including implementation
  • Excellent technology skills, including maximizing efficiency and automation within software/applications

  • Familiarity with writing help articles, process instructions, and/or email templates
  • Comfort and experience communicating directly with customers
  • Direct involvement in communicating and collaborating cross-functionally within a medium-to-large work environment
  • Experience with blended or online learning and alternative education settings, desired but not required
  • Experience with project management, a plus
  • Experience working with an internal product team to build solutions, a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own the different tools/software for the Enrollment Team, such as the task management tool, the CRM, and the email management system. Includes ensuring the correct people have access, creating new automations and workflows, documenting processes and staying organized, reporting metrics, etc.
  • Sort/route all incoming email communications to the appropriate team member (when the automation doesn’t recognize where it should go)
  • Answer incoming communications from customers that fall into your (personal and/or shared) inbox
  • Ensure all knowledge base articles (internal and external) regarding enrollments are kept up to date
  • Communicate cross-functionally to ensure we stay in alignment with processes on other teams, including training when necessary
  • Work on a team to manage the enrollment pipeline, ensuring all new enrollments are processed in a timely manner, especially during the busy enrollment period
  • Collaborate with Prenda team members to improve enrollment and communication processes
  • Play a critical role in implementing new and innovative solutions as Prenda grows and scales; this may require dabbling in project management
