Job Description

Floom is a VC-backed startup on a mission to become the leading vertically integrated florist software and ecosystem. We are changing the flower industry with technology and we are seeking a self-motivated Sales Professional to join the revolution!

You are a dynamic Salesperson. You understand how to sell, the sales process and how to get customers to trust you. The ideal candidate is bold, has creative willpower, and the ability to seize the initiative. You have a proven track record of building relationships in a B2B space or SaaS.

This is a quota carrying role where you will be calling florists across the USA to enroll them onto our revolutionary FloomX software.

Responsibilities

  • Previous experience within SaaS sales or Outbound sales a must
  • You can build close relationships quickly, and develop deep levels of trust that enable you to persuade and influence decision-making
  • You are passionately committed to going above and beyond for your customers, pulling in whatever resources you need to deliver the best experience for them
  • You can simplify the most complex topics in a way that anyone can understand
  • You’re driven to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, ever-changing start-up environment, and can organise amp; prioritise your work independently
  • You are committed to self-development, whether independently or with your team;
  • You’ve had formal sales training, and have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales
