RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to)
Answering calls and working closely with assigned managers
Provide customer service assistance to homeowners as needed
Assist with homeowners calls and inquiries and respond accordingly or direct to the appropriate party.
Requirements
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Must have a positive and friendly attitude with a commitment to quality
Must be able to work on more than one assignment at a time with frequent interruptions, changes and delays.
Must be able to remained focused and work effectively and efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner
Must be able to meet stringent deadlines
Must be able to communicate on the phone in order to resolve issues
Must be able to listen and professionally address unhappy, dissatisfied clients/vendors in a reasonable understanding and calming manner
Must have office experience; Property Management experience is a PLUS
JOB TYPE/COMPENSATION
Full-time Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm
