YOU ARE a Senior Manager of Vendor Management, reporting to the VP of Finance, you will be responsible for negotiating the pricing and terms for our virtual address acquisitions; owning the controls and audit process for our existing and future contracts; and driving continuous improvement in the management of our vast virtual address network locations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Negotiating contracts with favorable pricing and terms with our third party office facility vendors and real estate property management partners.
• Own the auditing process for our virtual address network contracts to ensure that Earth Class Mail is not exposed to any legal, financial, reputational, or operational risk.
• Lead our vendor management strategy and objectives by leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with our vendors and serve as the Earth Class Mail representative in critical decision making meetings with external stakeholders.
• Drive flawless execution at our various address locations through proactive engagement with our address partners and operators as well as by ensuring there is no lapse in our service contracts.
• Continuously measure and evaluate the departmental goals and all work processes.
• Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders including operations, sales, customer success, finance, and engineering on our address network strategy and objectives.

Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL BE BRINGING:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Procurement / Vendor Management / Contract Management / Program Management / Real Estate.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience negotiating service contracts with 3rd party vendors.
• Project management and process improvement experience.
• Strong track record of problem solving and solid analytical skills.
• Demonstrated experience working cross functionally and at different levels of an organization.
• Lean Six Sigma certified or strong familiarity with lean concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and good judgement.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
