About the Role

To support our ambitious growth, we are looking for passionate, commercial and ambitious individuals to help us grow our Beauty Brands, including a Sales Coordinator, Graduate Program 2021.

The Sales Coordinator, Amazon - Graduate Program 2021 plays an important role in supporting our ambitious growth on Amazon US. You will work closely with the Senior Amazon manager to implement strategies and facilitate day-to-day tasks. This role places an emphasis on account management, planning, digital shelf optimization and ensuring brand consistency to achieve our sales goals across our beauty brands.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with management and Amazon to maintain existing relationships
  • Maintain sales reports on SKU/Sell-In/Sell-Through levels
  • Assist in tracking joint sales and marketing initiatives and ensuring they flow according to schedule
  • Drive sales through brand advertising and enhancements on Amazon PDP
  • Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together sales presentations
  • Work with Ops to communicate purchase order out-of-stocks and any ship-window adjustments to sales
  • Collaborate with Ops to monitor open orders to ensure all purchase orders ship as scheduled and prioritize as needed
  • Complete product set-up forms and NPD launch forms as needed
  • Update SKU chart to keep up-to-date
  • Help with various ad-hoc projects as needed

KPI’s

  • Reaching monthly/quarterly budget on each brand
  • Best in class merchandising with up-to-date copies and assets
  • Delivering an exceptional collaboration, influencing, relationship building and facilitation skills

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, preferably with major retail accounts is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor and Seller Central is a plus
  • Understanding of website metrics with an aptitude for data-driven recommendations
  • Strong project management, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Creative and problem solver with top class trouble-shooting skills
  • High level of IT literacy, (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in a small and fast-paced team
