About the Role

To support our ambitious growth, we are looking for passionate, commercial and ambitious individuals to help us grow our Beauty Brands, including a Sales Coordinator, Graduate Program 2021.

As the Sales Coordinator, US Subscription Boxes and QVC US Broadcast - Graduate Program 2021 you will work closely with the Sales Manager(s) to help develop the brands in North America and facilitate day-to-day tasks with key accounts. You will work with the Sales Managers on the business plans, new launches and copy optimization. You'll work in a fast paced and dynamic environment and have the opportunity to work with all functions of the group. Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with management and clients to maintain existing relationships while helping to create and build new client relationships
  • Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together sales presentations
  • Assist in marketing initiatives and ensuring they flow according to schedule
  • Work with Ops to communicate purchase order out-of-stocks and any ship-window adjustments to sales and/or customers
  • Collaborate with Ops to monitor open orders to ensure all purchase orders ship as scheduled
  • Send out product samples and shipment tracking when pitching to new accounts
  • Update SKU charts and order forms as needed
  • Assist team with general office tasks as needed
  • Complete Product Creation forms, images and copies
  • Help with various ad-hoc projects as needed

Subscription Boxes specifics:

  • Maintain calendars on lead times, launch dates, and exclusivity for Subscription Box Initiatives
  • Track updates on cost of goods, freight, and taxes for Subscription Box Offerings

QVC specifics:

  • Maintain On-air Guest QVC schedule for airings
  • Watch and provide feedback on airings
  • Track QVC POs on a weekly basis
  • Collaborate with internal teams on QVC Quality Assurance needs
  • Assist with Progressional photo-shoots (models/samples/forms)
  • Assist with on-air claims submission process

KPI’s

  • Supporting both the subscription boxes manager and QVC manager across 9 beauty brands
  • Managing all sample order requests
  • Completes all new account and new product setups
  • Owns meetings invites for key accounts
  • Saving, filing, updating all assets/brand information/decks/files/costs
  • Consolidate Decks/Prep for meetings
  • Tracking/monitoring status of POs
  • Follow up emails on meetings and outstanding requests
  • Keeping track of all timelines and ensuring successful executions from start to finish
  • Owning calendar updates and communicating with necessary parties as needed
