About the Role:
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be the face of the Talent Acquisition team. Your attitude will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition process, as you guide the candidates through their journey.
Responsibilities:
- You will provide administrative support to our Talent Acquisition team and assist them in streamlining our processes to drive an excellent candidate experience.
- You will direct and schedule the interview activities, while developing strong relationships with our Practice Directors and their teams.
- You will be responsible for posting jobs within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) along with the Wavicle website and ensuring our job descriptions are delivering a consistent message.
- You will create and send offer letters via Wavicle’s ATS system
- You will assist in establishing new workflows within our ATS system to fully automate our processes.
- You will assist in scheduling and running recruiting campaigns and events, which may include career fairs, campus recruiting, special events, etc.
- You will have the opportunity to bring your thoughts and ideas to the table to continually drive a differentiated candidate experience.
- You enjoy doing research to identify tools and technologies that can improve the talent acquisition function.
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience in HR or Recruiting.
- Experience working with Google or Microsoft Office products (Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working experience with an Applicant Tracking System. We use Workable.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Enjoys multitasking and juggling many activities.
- Must have extremely strong time management skills.
- Ability to develop strong amp; lasting relationships.
- Enjoy collaborating with colleagues and working as a team player.
- Desire to explore a career as a recruiter.
- Bachelor degree in Communications, HR or relevant discipline.
- We have offices in downtown Chicago (west loop) or in Oak Brook.
