Job Title: Automation Clerk

Department: Claim Department

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Job Status: FT

Reports To: Assistant Mgr, Claims

Work Schedule: Flexible full-time hours

Assessments: PI Behavioral and Cognitive assessments


POSITION SUMMARY

The Automation Clerk will assist the Claims Team by coordinating tasks, running reports, sending claims through the automation system and tracking results. Other administrative tasks may be assigned.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Utilize the QicLink system to assist with the entire automation process including but not limited to running batches through the automation process and running error reports post automation.
  • Assist with pulling documents from various system for benefit analysis
  • Coordinates with other Automation team members to accomplish all tasks necessary related to automation.
  • Utilize Excel to complete daily reports

    Requirements

    SKILLS amp; ABILITIES

    • General Business experience
    • Strong computer skills, which include navigating in multiple systems and web-based applications
    • Word, Excel and Access Intermediate skills required

    Education

    High School Diploma required

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    This will be an off-site position with the applicant providing their own high-speed internet service.
