Veterinary Emergency Group is hiring a VEG Campus Ambassador for the 2021-2022 school year! If you consider yourself creative, outgoing, and a great planner, then this is the opportunity for you! We are looking for a passionate Campus Ambassador to represent us on campus and be responsible for increasing VEG’s visibility by hosting social events, monthly pop-ups, learning opportunities, and much more! This student will serve as the liaison for VEG when we come to visit and help coordinate lecture presentations, happy hours, etc.

Ambassador responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between VEG and the student body
• Plan and execute events on campus (schedule rooms, advertise events, manage any catering, etc.)
• Be a source of knowledge for your peers about VEG Student Opportunities
• Keep VEG updated on any on-campus sponsorship opportunities
• Promote VEG on social media
• Connect interested students with VEG Campus Recruiter
• Participate in monthly phone calls w/ VEG Campus Recruiter

Requirements

Eligibility:

• MUST be a rising second and third year veterinary student attending an AVMA accredited school
• MUST hold a position on or be a member of the Emergency and Critical Care Club on campus
• Preferred involvement in the Veterinary Business Management Association on campus, but not required
