The Technical Product Manager will be someone who is user-focused, passionate about technology with a desire to make an immediate impact.


The Technical Product Manager will collaborate closely with other product teams, business development, sales, marketing, and operations to continue to innovate our product offering and is a practical, creative problem solver, with a passion for product development. Responsibilities will include working with key stakeholders, defining requirements, meeting with external businesses, and technical discussions.


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Engage with customers to understand their pain points, needs, and aspirations
  • Identify new product and feature opportunities
  • Build and maintain product use cases, requirements, and workflows
  • Work with design team to create mock ups and suggested user workflows
  • Work with dev team to ensure user stories are technically groomed according to expectations
  • Define and improve the product’s key differentiators
  • Work with QA team to ensure user acceptance testing is appropriate
  • Ensure products are properly documented, including product overviews and ongoing release notes
  • Directly lead and mentor product designer
  • Recommend priorities based on business and customer impact
  • Provide clarity and functionality decisions to assist developers during product development
  • Contribute to improving internal processes
  • Work with operations team to manage escalated support issues and triage them into sprints as appropriate
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong background as a Product Manager
  • Experience managing data-centric products, shipping multiple large launches
  • Experience working with Senior management to align strategies and solutions
  • Industry experience a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, to work within team and client relations
  • Solution oriented with the ability to think strategically and creatively in decision-making
  • Strong work ethic to exceed expectations and goals
  • Coachable and able to take direction and
