We are looking for an experienced Director to oversee the Mamp;A IT Integration functions at Risk Strategies. The Director of IT Integration will be in responsible for a team of Project Managers and Technical Specialists that support our IT integration efforts for newly acquired organizations.

Candidates should be very knowledgeable in IT and computer systems. They should have a solid technical background while able to lead, manage and motivate people. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating and implementing IT policies and systems that will meet the company’s objectives.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead planning and implementation of complex integrations across various acquired companies
  • Lead oversight, execution, performance measurement, and reporting of IT Integration team
  • Oversee all IT integration projects plus lead and perform technical and operational due diligence
  • Provide direct hands-on operational, cross-functional support as needed to help secure and integrate acquired companies
  • Identify new opportunities and policies/procedures to streamline management and integration of acquired companies
  • Collaborate with the IT Director to establish a minimum set of requirements for non-integrated firms
  • Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
  • Analyze business requirements of all departments and business units to determine their technology needs
  • Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software
  • Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
  • Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience as IT director or similar role
  • Experience leading a team of IT staff and managing remote employees
  • Solid working knowledge of current security protocols and threats
  • Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
  • Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
  • Experience in controlling information technology budget
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills in addition to outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to lead and manage numerous in flight integrations, simultaneously
