The Role
As Unblu’s Marketing Manager you’re passionate about marketing and demand generation. Responsibilities
- Coordinate territory planning and execution with sales amp; marketing stakeholders to build marketing event and program calendars to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates.
- Manage all aspects of event coordination including: strategy, objectives materials creation, event messaging/marketing, signage, giveaways, contract negotiation, vendor relations, site selection, registration, agenda scheduling, staffing, on-site production and Famp;B, amp; logistics.
- Manage account-based marketing, including ADR activities, in partnership with sales, including: identifying target accounts, developing strategy and executing campaigns.
- Build and maintain exceptional relationships with key partners to promote and organise joint initiatives both online (webinars, content marketing campaigns, etc.) and offline (workshops, breakfasts, etc.)
- Conduct post-event/campaign evaluations and ROI analysis; report and share results and recommendations with sales team and marketing teams.
- Complete quarterly budget reviews and ROI analysis; pivot strategy to align with findings.
- Successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B working experience in the field marketing and/or marketing space in the software or financial industry. Special focus in Demand Generation.
- Experience marketing customer engagement software to the financial market is a plus
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal. High energy and capacity to energize others with a hands-on, self-starter ment.
- Previous experience managing events and marketing campaigns
- Ability to develop and deliver cohesive event strategies, including messaging, audience, execution
- Proven record of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing efforts
- Passionate about technology and customer experience.
- Proven negotiation, problem-solving, organization and project management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Bachelor's degree in the Marketing field will be a plus
- Ability to travel domestically is required; some international travel may occur
