Requirements
- You are someone who is extremely organized and has experience in playing the role of a coordinator, organizer, manager, dispatcher for a service organization
- You have strong data-analysis skills and abilities - Excel, numbers, reporting
- You are good with using technology and learning new software tools
- You have an assertive personality and can hold people accountable
Key Functions:
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation of services within the ProVal ecosystem by setting up contracts, client on-boarding assistance and initiation of services
- Manage the ProVal PSA (Autotask / Datto) for reporting, scheduling, and workflow optimization
- Responds to inquiries in a timely manner and work to resolve any issues while acting as a single point of contact
- Monitor and assist with problem resolution during projects, on boarding, and service calls
- Quantitative analysis of the tickets/time logged through gauges and provide information to stakeholders on thresholds with recommendations for improvement
