Requirements
Job Requirements:
Working Foreman 3 to 5 years’ experience in commercial/industrial setting. Ability to delegate tasks, maintain schedules and communicate with our administrative team and our clients in a professional manner. The following abilities are required, but not limited to:
- Experience running commercial electrical projects
- Knowledge of current City and NEC requirements
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and blueprints
- Ability to complete as-builts, daily reports, material orders and change orders
- Ability to troubleshoot, perform quality control and testing
- Supervise, motivate and mentor employees
- Accountable for enforcing and promoting high quality workmanship
- Ensure that safety is paramount on all job sites
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Estimating a plus
