Ad Operations Specialist

The Ad Operations Specialist works closely with Sales and Account Management teams to execute and manage advertising campaigns. This individual will be responsible for the successful creation, integration and conduct testing on the campaigns. The Ad Ops Specialist also works with other cross functional teams to triage escalations and test new products in support of the Ad Ops team. The right person for this role is extremely detail orientated and has a strong eye for technical details, gets excited by technological innovation, is willing to take on new challenges, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced collaborative environment. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales team to onboard advertisers
• Set-up, test and deploy client, marketing/email campaigns
• Identify and resolve technical issues related for both clients and internal
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of Sales, Account Management, Marketing amp; Technology
• Create and document tests of different campaigns
• Ideate campaign strategy for key accounts to help the account management team grow the accounts
• Work with the Account Management team to optimize campaigns ensuring performance and delivery goals are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years’ of Ad Operations experience
• Creative
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and handle pressure and deadlines
• Self-starter amp; proactive
• Entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity to learn and succeed
• Experience in HTML and CSS
• Experience in Adobe Photoshop
