Summary

• Support and enhance Business Development activities, in particular all project management and support of execution of Sponsorship activities
• Manage and Support all In-Kind Partnership activities
• Support the Entrepreneur Services team in maintaining relationships with ExecEd institutions and corporate partners, which provide project-based talent to our Endeavor Entrepreneurs (EEs) and/or executive education learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

Business Development

• Collaborate with the Head of Global Partnerships in all activities related to the execution of existing partnerships. This position will require to project manage the details of all partnerships, manage key deadlines, interact with client and internal team members and make sure that all benefits are executive in a timely manner.
• As part of the Business Development team, this position will lead all In-Kind Partnerships, meaning partnerships where value is exchanged between parties. This is usually beneficial for all our entrepreneurs and must be able to structure deals with partners, share all relevant information with the network and monitor traction and activity across all deals. Also will need to provide recommendations to management regarding new ideas to bring value to the network.

Entrepreneur Services

• ExecEd institutions and corporate partners offer short-term talent solutions to Endeavor Entrepreneurs (EEs). You will work closely with these partners to understand their offers, on one side, and with our local offices to map potential short-term projects across the different partners and facilitate introductions. You will update relevant materials, facilitate matching, and track the process and outcomes on Salesforce.
• ExecEd institution partners offer custom executive education learning opportunities to our EEs. You will work closely with these partners in planning and executing these programs; collaborate with the Services team on overall strategy; manage communication, marketing, contract and invoicing materials to promote the programs with our teams worldwide to ensure partnership deliverables; and support in feedback collection and outcome measurement. You will also track the process on Salesforce.

Requirements

Professional Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in partnership or project management
• Interest in entrepreneurship, business, economics, and international development
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• High interpersonal and organizational abilities; strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of salesforce a plus
• Must be eligible to live and work in the United States
